FREE delivery on orders worth 50 EUR or more.

The buyer is entirely responsible for paying all export and/or import taxes and duties and all transactional taxes or levies related to each item purchased.

WANT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
When placing an order on gronhome.com you will receive an order confirmation including your order number, name, address and delivery address via email. We recommend that you save this.

PAYMENT
At gronhome.com you can pay with American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Paypal and Visa.

SECURITY
Your privacy is important to us. This is why our payment solution is based on TLS standards which means that the information you provide us with during payment is protected by encryption. Grøn Home uses Stripe as a payment gateway. Stripe is responsible for the encrypted transaction between your payment card and the payment card processor. Read more about secure online payments here.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We sent our product all over the world. Your goods will be shipped and delivered safely. Once we ship your goods, you will either receive a Track and Trace number via e-mail. We ship through the standard post.

We recommend that you are present upon delivery. To avoid damage during shipment all Grøn Home products are carefully wrapped. Maintenance guides for our products are only available in English.

TIME OF DELIVERY
Europe: Delivery within 1-8 working days, normally within three days.
Abroad: Delivery within 2-10 working days.

If the product is out of stock, the delivery time is estimated from when the product is ready to ship from our warehouse.

RETURNS
You have the right to make a return within 30 days after receiving your goods, for any reason and with no justification.

COMPLAINTS?
If you have purchased a product and it is damaged - e.g., faulty material or a manufacturing fault. You can file a complaint by contacting our customer care at mail@gronhome.com. Please describe the claim as detailed as possible.

RESPONSIBILITY
Grøn Home cannot be held responsible for indirect losses and consequential damage. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make price changes and shall not be held responsible for any typing and pricing errors on our website.
